Hi, I’m Mica.
I’m a certified personal trainer, and my mission is to help you feel confident, comfortable, and like the total bad a** you are—especially in the gym.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably walked into a commercial gym and instantly felt overwhelmed. I’ve been there. When I first started my fitness journey, my goal was to build strength and muscle without giving up the parts of life I loved—and that’s exactly what I want to help you do too.
Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or simply feel more at home in the gym, I’ve got you covered. I’ll teach you the basics of macro-based eating, guide you through workouts that actually fit your goals, and show you that the gym doesn’t have to be intimidating.
